Support
If something isn’t working, or a word is missing, write to support@arca.games. A person reads it.
It helps to say which game, and the version number from Settings ▸ About. For anything else, there’s hello@arca.games.
Premium
What does Premium include?
One purchase, once, unlocks:
- Duplum, Cautela and Novem — and every game added later
- the Quinque archive: every past daily puzzle
- trophies and full statistics for every game
- pinning your favourite games to the top of the shelf
Tabella and the daily Quinque stay free, with no ads. There is no subscription. The price is shown in the app, in your own currency.
Premium is bought, but still locked
On a new phone, or after reinstalling, open Settings ▸ Premium ▸ Restore Purchase. Use the Apple ID you bought it with. You won’t be charged again.
Refunds
Apple handles every payment, so refunds go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
The daily Quinque
When does the new word arrive?
At midnight UTC — the same moment for everyone, so the time on your clock depends on where you live. Settings ▸ Notifications shows it in your local time.
Can today’s word be played again?
No. It’s one word a day, the same for everyone, and one go at it. With Premium, the archive holds every past puzzle, each to play once.
The daily notification
Arca sends one notification, and only if you ask for it: a note when the new word arrives. Turn it on or off in Settings ▸ Notifications ▸ Daily Quinque. If the switch won’t stay on, allow notifications for Arca in your iPhone’s Settings ▸ Notifications.
Your games and statistics
Where are they kept?
On your device, and nowhere else. There is no account, so nothing syncs between devices, and deleting Arca deletes them. They are included in your iPhone’s own backups, if you keep those.
Starting again
Settings ▸ Statistics ▸ Reset Statistics clears one game, or all of them. That removes the recorded games and everything built on them — statistics, best scores and trophies. A game in progress is kept. It can’t be undone.
Reading the screen
Settings ▸ Accessibility has a colour-blind palette, a reduce-motion switch, and a standard font in place of the pixel type. Arca also respects your iPhone’s own accessibility settings.
